My company wanted to relocate from San Francisco to Incline Village and Evan helped us find exactly the right space for our group. He knew the area, showed us a range of properties and then helped us negotiate a good arrangement with the landlord, including the tenant improvements we needed. He followed up to make sure the remodeling was being done and helped us to find an excellent insurance agent which we’re now using for a few other properties.
