Our commercial real estate process makes finding the perfect space in Reno and Sparks simple and stress-free. We promise to work with you to meet your desired needs and wants and provide you with the best representation possible. This is how our process works:

Set Up a Time to Meet
During this meeting, we’ll work on getting to know each other to ensure that we’ll be a good fit for one another. We’ll discuss your business dynamics to better understand your immediate and long-range goals to give you the best results possible.
2.
Start the Property Selection Process
During this step, we’ll assess the information you gave us in regard to your needs and will select properties based on this data.
3.
Begin Touring Properties
Here comes the fun part - touring the selected locations with you to determine which property best fits your needs.
4.
Negotiate your Contract
We will work together to develop a reasonable offer on the space to get the best terms, conditions and rates for the space. We’ll also discuss space modifications and improvements and ensure that you are properly represented throughout the entire process.
5.
Moving In
Once we’ve negotiated a contract and have created an agreement that you’re completely satisfied with, you get to move into your new space!
